While it’s disheartening on a day-to-day basis to see our treasonous president tear apart the very fabric of our great nation, it’s reassuring to know that the American spirit is definitely not dead.
A perfect example of American toughness and patriotism is exemplified by what a group of 16 Arizonans are doing to secure a piece of the porous American border with Mexico. These brave Americans are doing what they do to stop the Obama-sponsored foreign invasion of America.
Tim Foley is the founder of a group called Arizona Border Recon, a border security group of mostly former military and law enforcement personnel who took an oath to defend America and have no intention of breaking that pledge.
“Arizona Border Recon is a non-government organization; we’re made up of about 90% former military and law enforcement who took an oath to defend the country and the oath doesn’t end when we get out,” Mr. Foley told FOX News’ Gretchen Carson on Tuesday afternoon from his post on the border.
“I have 16 people right now and we’ve pretty much closed six miles of the border for the last seven days,” Foley said about his group of armed Americans.
Carlson asked Foley to respond to criticism, no doubt from un-American Obama-loving leftist types, that his group is a “militia” group (as if that were a bad or extreme thing. It’s a right guaranteed by the Second Amendment, dummies!).
“We’re not a militia. We’re not a three percent group. We don’t advocate for throwing over the government. We’re just another set of eyes and ears on the border,” he explained.
Foley said that he lives near the area of the border where they are at and equated his activities to a neighborhood watch group. He referred to the area of being almost like his back yard.
In the short video below, Foley goes into detail about how Arizona Border Recon is doing the work that the U.S. government should be doing.
