Editor’s Note:  I would be very surprised if Ryan is forthcoming with the commitment we need and even more so if he allows it to come to fruition.  The Establishment has it’s own agenda nearly if not completely divorced from the good of the nation or the will of the people.  Ryan has consistently stood up for increased immigration and paths to citizenship for illegals.  I am not holding my breath.
Remember, as I have said repeatedly, The U.S. House not only “holds the purse string” the Constitution empowers the House to pass a budget without concurrence or  amendments by the Senate.  More over, CONSTITUTIONALLY SPEAKING, the President is not entitled to a veto of a budget.  It is NOT a law.  The House is the closest to the people and our founders gave them nearly complete latitude regarding the budget.  When Ryan and his minions start crying they cannot not defund “Refugee Resettlement,”  Obamacare, or Planned Parenthood because the President will veto it, they are not standing on Constitutional Grounds.
