Ryan: I support a ‘pathway to legal status’ for illegal immigrants

Editor’s Note:  The ESTABLISHMENT loves CHEAP LABOR and they BOW to the National Chamber of Commerce and other pro (massive) immigration lobbyists.  One party does it “for the poor immigrants” the other for big business claiming immigrants are brought in to do the jobs “Americans just won’t do”.  The people KNOW IT IS HOGWASH.  That is why 60% of Americans believe it is time for a NEW MAJOR PARTYTime to vote like it.

House Speaker Paul Ryan iterated his support for a “pathway to legal status” for illegal immigrants Sunday, but opposed a pathway to citizenship, and also rejected the much more harsh immigration plan of GOP presidential primary front-runner Donald Trump.

“I think you could have a pathway to legal status … it’s a way to make amends with the law, effectively go on probation, and earn your way to legal status, but not to citizenship,” Ryan said on “60 Minutes.”

When asked whether the U.S. would be deporting millions of illegal immigrants under Paul’s watch, Ryan said, “I don’t see how it could happen.”

“I take it you don’t advocate 11 million illegal immigrants and deporting them?” reporter Scott Pelley asked.

“What is true is that from the start, our goal has been first to contain, and we have contained them.”

“I do not,” Ryan replied.

Ryan was interviewed from his hometown and location of his congressional district, Janesville, Wis. He was accompanied by members of his family, including his wife, Jana, who granted a rare media interview.

Ryan relayed to Pelley how does not have a home in Washington and will continue to sleep in his office as speaker, as he has said in the past.

if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.
