Politically Incorrect Cartoon NAILS The Media Double Standard

Donald Trump just caught NBC News in a sneaky cover-up attempt.

During an interview with Trump, “Today” host Savannah Guthrie tried to slip in that Bill Clinton’s affair with Monica Lewinsky was “alleged.”

She was asking about Trump’s comment that if he is going to be accused of being sexist by Hillary, then her husband’s presidential “indiscretions” were fair game. Have a look:

“You mentioned Monica Lewinsky,” Guthrie asked. “Are you saying an alleged extra-marital affair, that of course he has now admitted, is that fair game?”

“Is it alleged?” Trump asked quickly. “I don’t think that’s alleged.”

Guthrie corrected herself “No, he admitted it. He’s admitted it.”

“If he’s admitted it, you don’t have to use the word “alleged.”

“Right, exactly,” Guthrie said. “Are you saying an extramarital affair by Bill Clinton is fair game, is something that you think should be in the campaign?”

“If she’s going to play the women card, because I’ll do more for women than Hillary Clinton is going to do for women, including the safety of our country, which is good for everybody,” Trump answered.

“And if she’s going to play that game, and if he’s going to be out there campaigning, then he’s certainly fair game,” he added. “I think just about everybody agrees with me on that.”

Guthrie also tried to trip up Trump on a recent tweet where he reminded people that the Obama campaign accused her of being a “racist.”

Remember that Bill Clinton was brought in to help Hillary against Obama in 2008. He was terrible, failed badly, and was called a racist!

Are you calling Bill Clinton a racist? Guthrie asked Trump.

“No, he was called that by the Obama campaign,” Trump shot back. “He was called it loud and clear. He was extremely insulted.”

Guthrie pressed: Then why did you re-tweet it if you don’t believe Bill Clinton is a racist.

“All I said was what they said, Savannah,” Trump explained. “That’s what they said, they called him a racist. I don’t believe he is a racist, if you want to know the truth, but they called him a racist, it was a miserable campaign, he did very poorly, and if they bring him about again, he’s being wheeled out and we’re going to see what happens.”
