Thousands March For Life in Blizzard – National Media Silent

It has become an annual ritual for hundreds of thousands of Americans – marching in Washington on the anniversary of the tragic Roe vs. Wade Supreme Court ruling on January 22, 1973.

This year, the 43rd anniversary of Roe, was no different even with a massive blizzard descending on the east coast.

And, as par for the course, these thousands of Americans were just about completely ignored by the national media.
WND has the story:

Thousands of Americans – including at least one Hollywood superstar and a barefoot monk – braved the cold and snow Friday to join the 2016 March for Life in Washington on the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade decision legalizing abortion.

Throngs of pro-lifers turned out, despite weather forecasts predicting a blizzard and three feet of snow.

The crowds weren’t quite as large as they’ve been in previous years, as many bus routes had been canceled due to inclement weather.

The crowds chanted, “Hey, Obama your mama chose life!” and “Hey Hey, Ho Ho, Roe v Wade has got to go.”

Even barefoot monks joined pro-lifers and trudged through the slush-covered streets to take a stand for the unborn.

And how was this reported by the national press?  Same as usual – it was largely ignored as the liberal press continues its blatant censorship of anything pro-life.

Lifenews has the details:

On Friday, not only did CBS This Morning skip any coverage of the annual March for Life in Washington D.C., the morning show actually attacked one of the event’s keynote speakers, Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina, for her “anti-abortion” views.

In a news brief at the top of the 7:30 a.m. ET hour, co-host Norah O’Donnell touted: “Our Des Moines affiliate, KCCI, reports on accusations Carly Fiorina used preschoolers as props during an anti-abortion speech.”

Like CBS, NBC’s Today completely censored the pro-life protest on Friday. However, ABC’s Good Morning America did manage to mention it for a mere 14 seconds, as co-host George Stephanopoulos noted:

And the District of Columbia, too. They’re expected to be hit the hardest this morning [by the blizzard] and that’s where the March for Life is set to take place today, despite the storm warnings. Tens of thousands are expected to protest abortion on the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s decision Roe vs. Wade.

It’s become sadly predictable for the media to ignore the March for Life year after year, but for CBS to actually attack one of the protest’s prominent supporters instead, marks a new low.

The pro-life movement in America has endured much hardship, derision, and abuse from the liberals in the news media, Hollywood, the Democrat Party, and academia.

Pro-aborts have distorted reality to continue their blood bath of murdering innocent babies in the womb.

Planned Parenthood has become so brazen that they have actually sued the organization who exposed their dead baby organ trafficking scheme – an illegal enterprise that has netted pro-aborts billions…
