National Law Journal Story on Presidential Debates Lawsuit Filed by Gary Johnson and Jill Stein

The National Law Journal has this story about the most recent activity in Gary Johnson v Commission on Presidential Debates. This is the lawsuit concerning general election presidential debates that Gary Johnson and Jill Stein filed in September 2015, which depends on antitrust law.

That case should not be confused with the case filed by Level the Playing Field, which also concerns the general election presidential debates but which depends on campaign finance law.
