RE: Countering the Judicial Supremacists
It is a huge reason why our nation is like it is (that those who profess to teach “law” do not study the supreme Law of our land, but instead mostly study and teach precedent – as if judges are infallible and not corruptible.
There should be no class in the USA that professes to teach “law” of any type that does not teach the supreme Law of our nation, and what the highest Law of each state is (state Constitution).
If they who are to serve within the judicial community have no basis or grounding in our supreme Law and the highest Law of each state, how can any law apply here to be used against the people, etc?
I argued with a “constitutional Law” professor with two degrees in Law a few years back. He had never read the US Constitution or even his own state’s Constitution. As the two highest LAWS of our land, with the supreme Law being the law that ALL legislation must be in Pursuance thereof, how can anything that the courts come up with be lawful here? How can any court presiding against a person be lawful?
More, how can our courts be flying the maritime flag, instead of the US Flag?
Many say, and there are documents attesting to, that our US Constitution was replaced. But, how can that be, even if done by those that serve within our governments with no Amendment process? It would still not be lawful, and would make enforcers here in the USA under our laws *terrorists.
*28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.
I know from personal experience that the constitutional Law courses I have been kicked out of always teach a short few weeks of the written Constitution, and then the majority of time teaching the UN – written Constitution.
There is NO unwritten Constitution. Since I am not shy when it comes to fighting for the US Constitution I bring up that there is no unwritten Constitution. That like any contract, the written part is all, any agreed to and NOT put down in writing is ignored.
