The endorsement from Sheriff Terry Buchanan (above) is one of many endorsements from community leaders across America. Institute on the Constitution (IOTC) President Jake MacAulay ran into Sheriff Buchanan at a recent IOTC U.S. Constitution Course graduation ceremony held in Ashe County, NC.
Hosts and IOTC instructors of the U.S. Constitution Course, Mary Desautel and Carol Phillips, taught the course leading up to the graduation ceremony where MacAulay spoke. Graduates for this particular graduation included county Sheriff Buchanan, a council member, a school principle, and pastor Ken Gregory. It was a graduation not to forget. It is an amazing experience to take part in events like this. Truly a restoration is happening all around us. Be encouraged! – IOTC President Jake MacAulay
Desautel and Phillips have graduated dozens more U.S. Constitution Course classes. Graduates have included state representatives and senators (like State Representative Johnathan Jordan and State Senator Deanna Ballard), city and county council members, law enforcement, and more.
MacAulay spoke at Mt. Paddy Church lead by Pastor Tim Roten the Sunday prior to the graduation ceremony. Mt. Paddy Church’s school will be teaching the IOTC U.S. Constitution Course as a U.S. Government credit to their students this fall.

Institute on the Constitution (IOTC) is pleased and privileged to initiate and to support a national program promoting the American View of Law and Government in secondary schools and home schools across America. Under this program, American Clubs have been formed in schools and on University Campuses.
From Mike Warner your editor: the IOTC is the source for materials used by "American Clubs" across the nation to re-ignite the wonder of America's true historical, legal and philosophical foundations in the minds our a school age children. I host a monthly "American Clubs Coaching" seminar to showcase the IOTC materials to Montgomery County Tennessee, and surrounding areas. The IOTC is associated with Liberty Council which provides free legal support to insure your local school district does not violate the Constitution by prohibiting "American Clubs" in schools. Typically all that is required is a letter from them to successfully encourage schools, school boards, city councils, county commissions and legislators to reverse any negative decisions.
